I have the same problem of zaps not running despite successful tests. Some Zaps link to Facebook leads, some to Moosend, some to Podium. Yet none of them work. I’ve followed all your recommendations above and have not found what the issue was.

Hi there @sv_3,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

I have moved your reply to a new topic. I hope you don’t mind!

Before we dig deeper into this, we have a Community post about Facebook Lead Ads not triggering. Could you please try following the instructions here:

Kindly give it a try and let me know how it goes? I'll keep an eye out for your response!

Hey @sv_3! 👋

How did you get on with that guide Ken shared, did it help you to fix the Zap?

Let us know whether you’re still running into any trouble on this, want to make sure you’re all set!

Just following up here as it appears that @sv_3 also reached out to our Support team who were able to help get things sorted. I’ll share the suggestion from the support team, that allowed @sv_3 to fix Zapier’s CRM access, in case it’s helpful to anyone that stumbles across this thread in the future:

“Can you submit a test lead using a unique email address to check the permissions from Facebook's side?

  1. Go to Facebook's Leads Ads Testing Tool (https://developers.facebook.com/tools/lead-ads-testing/) and select your "Page" and "Form".
  2. Click on "Delete Lead". (Don't worry! It won't delete any live leads, just Facebook's example lead.)
  3. Click on "Preview Form".
  4. Fill out your form like normal, but use test+contact@zapier.com as the email address.
  5. Click the "Track Status" button.
  6. Review the section below "Track Status" for any errors or messages.
  7. Send me a screenshot of the results.

If you see a message like "CRM access has been revoked from Lead Access Manager" in the test results, you should be able to fix the issue by following these steps: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/540596413257598

Hope that helps! 🙂
