When I test a lead with https://developers.facebook.com/tools/lead-ads-testing/ I receive the lead and its in the Zap runs. Facebook Integrations - Leads Access - Connected CRMs has Zapier permissions for the app connected. The problem is when a new lead comes in from the actual facebook ads campaign, the real lead does not get pushed through Zapier to my connected SMS.

Check your Zap Runs history details to see if the Zap triggers while ON and perhaps errors on a step.

The test exists in the Zap runs with no errors but the real leads do not show up.

Zaps only work while turned ON for new data going forward.

zap has been turned on and still no new leads. im happy to share screenshots of facebook and zapier settings.

I’m seeing the same issues.. I created the zap and tested and have received new leads an the zap is not functioning.
