Facebook Lead Ads Hydrating Error

Suddenly all my Facebook Lead Ads Zaps are failing with:

“Error while hydrating data from Facebook Lead Ads (1.1.8): The app returned "(#3) Apps in dev mode should only access leads submitted from App special roles (testers, developers, admin)".

 

Anybody else?

Hey all, I’m so sorry to have missed this previously! Just wanted to pop in and close the loop on this: the incident was resolved the same day it was opened so your Facebook Lead Ads Zaps should be no longer be seeing those errors. 🎉

As the issue has been fixed I’m going to be closing this topic now. Please do keep an eye out and if those errors resurface, please contact our Support Team directly for further investigation.

are we gonna get compensated for this? we have lost money!!!!

I have 5 leads which have not received the information packs, and skipped on and they have now contacted and booked other people resulting in a lost of revenue & money spent on Meta Ads..

Unclear at this time whether the root issue is on the Facebook side or Zapier side.

Often for issues like this, the origin of the issue is on the App side, which would be Facebook in this case.

If that is the case, then you would need to reach out to Facebook Support for that matter.
