I see that this has already been reported as a bug, but that was 8 mths ago. Has there been a solution for this problem? We’d love to test our Zapier for our facebook group integration to Zoho - perhaps looking at buying a yearly plan if it works, but right now our integration dead in the water.
Any one figured out how to get it to work?

Ok, now it magically started working…? but there are no Names when the data is pulled. A year ago it was reported that Zapier can’t pull Facebook Post names? Well… if we don’t know the person's name, I’m not sure this should be considered an integration. For support, names are pretty critical. Any one know if that feature has been solved and I am just missing it?
