I set up FB ads with a form in there and am connecting that form Kit (convertkit) email. I have gone through the steps 10 times and it says a test was successfully sent. the test email from KIT doesn’t show up in kit subscriber list….so it is saying sent but apparently not working correctly. Would love help. Thanks

By default, Kit requires subscribers to double-opt-in to emails for confirmation.
That means they won't show up on the list until they confirm their subscription.
If you'd like to automatically add them to the list, you can turn off the double opt-in by going to the Form settings, clicking Incentive Email, and selecting "auto-confirm new members" at the bottom.
