In Zapier, when you use the "New Spreadsheet Row" trigger for Google Sheets, it only triggers for new rows added after the automation is turned on. It does not process existing rows that were already in the sheet before setting up the Zap.

Hi @ndearborn,

Google Sheets' "New Spreadsheet Row" trigger in Zapier only activates for new rows added after the Zap is turned on, not for existing data. To process old data, you can manually add a duplicate row at the bottom of the sheet after turning the Zap off and then turn it back on. For bulk data, consider copying it into a new sheet after enabling the Zap.

I hope this helps. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to ask.
