The action Create journal entry for Exact online is not working for me, anything I can do to fix?

 

If I choose create bank entry is shows me the fields to fill clicking on continue. But for Create journal entry it keeps giving me an error.

  1. Try refreshing the page.
  2. Try checking your SETUP tab selections.
    1. Check your Zap app connection: https://zapier.com/app/connections
  3. Try duplicating the Zap.

How did you get on with Troy’s suggestions here? Did they help to get it sorted?

If not, when you turn the Zap on and run a live test does the journal entry get created or do you see a similar ”No data available” message in the Zap history?
