Error with QB Connection - Trigger partner failure

I am receiving this error and I have no clue what it means.  Things were working fine and then suddenly I get these errors.  Can someone shed some light?

 

Your Zap titled "SFTP Upload from Quickbase - (CAT>AIMS IgG-R)" (https://zapier.com/app/editor/123570145) has been turned off because we're getting repeated errors nearly every time we try to run it.

The last error message was "Trigger partner failure: Cannot read property 'hasOwnProperty' of undefined Console logs: ".

Please check to make sure that this Zap is setup properly.
