Hello,

I am trying to update an Excel worksheet that is being used with SpreadsheetWeb. The Zap worked flawlessly for a few weeks, and then I began experiencing an error after making updates to the application in Spreadsheet Web. The Excel worksheet is hosted in OneDrive.

The error message is below. Also my Zap settings.

Hi @ZazuE,

Welcome to the Community.

If you're encountering an error with your Zap connecting to SpreadsheetWeb, it likely stems from an issue with the sent request. Since the problem started after you updated your SpreadsheetWeb application, review any recent changes that might affect how Zapier interacts with it. Reconnecting your SpreadsheetWeb account in Zapier can sometimes resolve connection issues, and it's important to double-check your Zap setup to ensure all required fields are correctly filled in. Also, verify that your SpreadsheetWeb API keys are valid and properly permissioned. If the issue persists after these steps, reaching out to SpreadsheetWeb's support team for further assistance is recommended.

I hope this helps. If you have any other questions or continue to experience issues, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Hey there, @ZazuE 👋

How are things going on this—were you able to pinpoint what caused the issue?

If so, we’d love to hear what it was and how you solved it! This would be super valuable to anyone that’s running into the same error. 🙏

And if you’re still running into issues, can you tell us a bit more about the changes you were making in the SpreadsheetWeb Hub app around the time that the Zap stopped working?

Looking forward to hearing from you! 🙂
