Hello, I am Korean. Please understand that I am using a translator due to my limited English proficiency.

I have set up Facebook to collect names, emails, and phone numbers, and connected it to KIT (ConvertKit) and Google Sheets. However, customer emails are not being connected properly. I checked with KIT, and it doesn't seem to be an issue on their end.

Could you please help me figure out what to do next?

Check your Zap Run history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you trace and troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

The screenshot below shows the email field has mapped variables that are either invalid or have no value.

Try testing your Zap trigger step again to get a current example record to use to reconfigure your Zap action steps.
