Error: No options are available. appears when selecting my WPForm entry

Hello Zapier Community, 

I'm currently experiencing an issue with integrating the "WPForms" app  in my Zap.

I connected and tested WPforms few times. Despite successfully connecting the app to my WPForms account, I'm encountering an error message stating "No options are available." 

Could anyone kindly assist me in resolving this issue?
