Hi everyone,

This error has just started appearing for only 1 providor and when he sends me an invoice it doesn’t upload correctly to the drive folder, also I noticed that sometimes mails with invoices attached arrive but are not detected by Zapier and don’t even appear on the zap history which is painful because I still have to go over all the email.

 

So I have 2 problems, 1) zapier can’t read the e-mail 2) Zapier trigger sometimes doesn’t happen.

Any idea how could I solve this? I show you a picture of the zap

For the cases where it’s not working are there multiple file attachments?

If so, I wonder if switching to the New Attachment Gmail trigger might solve things as that would trigger on each email attachment separately and upload them to Google Drive.

If not, is there any difference in the content or size of the email and attachments send by that provider that differs greatly from the ones that aren’t erroring?
