Error: "Failed to create a contact in Keller Williams Command. A contact with this email address already exists"

Kw Command Email Contact already exists error. We are using Zapier to connect Paperform into Command. We would like the contact information that is filled out in the form to be populated in Command. We are running into the following issue. Once we connect the apps and test the integration, we get the 400 error. Specifically around the email address. Any guidance or help would be much appreciated.

Hi @broc.helgeson 

 

First I would suggest you remove the personal data showing in the screenshots (such as emails and phone numbers) 

 

Second, as the error suggests, there is already a contact with this email in Command, and it seems that this is the only Action available with this app. HOWEVER, I do see they have API documentation here https://devdocs.kw.com/getting-started , maybe you can use Webhooks by Zapier to search for the Contact there first before trying to create it?
