I’m so sorry that you’re also being impacted by this issue. I can’t make any promises as to when it will be resolved by but I’ve added you all to the list so you can expect an email from us as soon as it’s been sorted.

There’s no updates at present but I’ve gone ahead and added you to the list of affected users. We still can’t give any sort of ETA but we will definitely notify you via email as soon as it’s been rectified.
