How do I fix “The app returned "The route oauth/refresh could not be found."?

I have a free version of Zapier and need to get the zaps working again. I currently have one from Squarespace to Zapier for newsletter sign ups that zaps over to MailerLite email. I turned the zaps off and tried to turn them back on again, but now get the error message for both zaps when I try to turn them back on.

I now have re-established the connection to MailerLite from Zapier and yet I get the error message for both zaps when I try to turn them back on. 

I am 100% outside of my comfort zone with how all of this works. I would appreciate a visual step by step guide to fix this ASAP. I am a small, starting up business and getting people on my mailing list is number one crucial.

This is what I’m currently looking at. When I toggle either or both of the zaps from Off to On, the error same error message pops up at the top. I can’t get them to stay on, and I don’t know where to go from this page fix the problem.

Yes, and I did not find anything that would help- unless you have a specific article which you think would have the process to fix the problem?

 

My Zaps test fine.

Does the app need any special plan pricing?

To use Zapier with Squarespace, you must be on the Website Business plan or higher. To learn more, visit their Premium features page.

Yes, I have a Squarespace business plan. Not sure if this may be the reason, but I realized in my Apps in Zapier I am showing regular MailerLite and Squarespace- both test fine btw- and then in the Other Apps section, I show a MailerLite (1.4.0) which is set as private. The zap test there fails. No idea how to do anything about this.

Check if your Zaps are using the updated version of both apps in the Zap steps.
