Hi there @DeGerrian Evans,

Unfortunately, it looks like the bug is still open. However, WPForms mentioned that users need to contact them directly for them to investigate the issue further. You can contact WPForms support here: https://wpforms.com/account/support/

Hopefully, this helps.

I contacted WP form they had me contact my hosting support team. Hostinger, here are their findings.

Thank you for waiting, I checked here and there is no block made by Hostinger for the ip range: 10.0.0.0/12

I've even added the code to the .htaccess:

But usually this type of error you're experiencing is related to a plugin conflict, I even tried to enable Wordpress debugging:How to enable WP_DEBUG at Hostinger? | Hostinger Help Center

But nothing comes up. So, In this case, I recommend contacting the plugin developer to identify the conflict related to this application, ok?

I think asked was WP the issue.  They replied with

No, the error is in the zapier plugin, which isn't communicating, even though the hosting doesn't block it.

Hi @DeGerrian Evans,

I apologize for the delayed response. Unfortunately, the only solution to this issue is to wait for the bug to be fixed. I understand this may not be the answer you were hoping for, but we rely on the WPForms developers to address this, as they are responsible for maintaining and updating their integration with Zapier.

I appreciate your patience and understanding.
