In Zenmaid i get the error “End time is before start time” even though thats not true. How can I get the zap to work when this happens? I’ve had it happen elsewhere before too.

Welcome to the Community! I'm sorry you’re having trouble with your Zap.
Can you try removing the “Date of Appointment” and leave the “Time of Appointment” only? After that, you can test the Zap.

That worked so it no longer is an error. However, it doesnt pick the right date. How can i fix that?

Sometimes Zaps can get confused when there is no space between the mapped Date and Time. Could you please try adding a space between the mapped data in the Date field? Like so:
