Hi everyone,

I'm encountering a 404 error and could use some help. Here's the situation:

I'm using a Zap that involves Excel, HeyGen, and LeadConnector. The process is supposed to generate a personalized video via HeyGen and then send an email with the video link through LeadConnector. However, when I receive the email and click on the link to the video, I get a 404 Error with the message "Something is missing."

Here is the Zap:

I think I’ve configured everything well as it generated a video link when the email was sent.

But this is the error:

Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Ryll Hechanova

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

Also, since the email is not sent by the Zap, post screenshots showing how the email is configured in GHL.

Hello Troy,

Thank you so much for your reply and apologies for the late response.
here are all of the screenshots of the configurations on each steps in the Zap.
Thank you!

Hi @Ryll Hechanova,

A 404 error in HeyGen Video usually means the requested video can't be found. This could be due to a removed video, a changed URL, or an issue with your Zap's setup. To troubleshoot, double-check the video URL or ID, test the URL directly, and review your Zap setup to ensure it's correctly configured.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any more questions.
