Email Parser Trigger Not Pulling Mapped Data

Hi, 

I am currently working on a Zap that uses Zapier Email Parser as the trigger. I created a mailbox, sent in two sample emails, and mapped five fields including name, email, and phone. When I hover over each highlighted detail in the parser, the correct label shows up. I have also saved the template.

However, when I test the trigger inside Zapier, I keep getting "no data on mapped value" for all the fields. I have reconnected the parser and Zapier account many times but all to no avail. Under the Test section, I can see the full content of the email but the mapped fields are showing empty.

This is a task I have done multiple times successfully. I do not know why it is now failing.

Please help me resolve this issue.

To do reliable email parsing in Zaps, I recommend using this Zap action: AI by Zapier - Analyze and Return Data
