Email Parser - Parsing wrong info

I have a parser email thats properly gathering info.

The parser template shows the correct areas and names for fields.

The emails that come through seem to not adhere to the template. Fields are combining data/fields that are below it in the email.

Dont know how to troubleshoot this.
