Email parser email are not showing up when testing the trigger.

Hello Guys! 

 

I already have a mailbox setting up on my Parser with an edit template:

 

 

Creating my Zap, this is not showing up on test:

 

Somebody can help?

Hey @Bianca Estanislau and @LouiseK - sorry for the trouble here! Would you both mind trying to reconnect your Email Parser account here to see if that helps?: https://zapier.com/app/connections

If not, I would suggest bringing this one to our support team so they can dig into this further. Keep us posted with your progress - we’d love to know how to resolve this one!

Make sure you have the correct account and trigger configured.
