Email isn't recognized when setting up Zap from Paperforms to Kajabi: The app returned "is invalid

setting up a zap from Paperforms to Kajabi 

 

The email address is not recognised on the zap

 

the error is: The app returned "is invalid".

 

AI said that it was due to the email address. 

 

Have tried multiple different tests without any working

 

Zap to kajabi is to go to form submission
