Email by Zapier: no email received on particular recipient address

I have a Email by Zapier action in the Zap,  that correctly sends emails to my personal address or even mailinator addresses, but not to a particular address, which is the first one in the screenshot


We have checked the webmail and there are no messages from zapier, even in the spam folder. We have disabled spam filter in our hosting panel.

Can it be that the email gets bounced? Or it is not even sent by zapier to that particular address?

In the Zap history, it shows success, but i received the message only on one of the emails.

Good question.

Try using a different email app to send the email and test the deliverability to that email address.
