Duplicate name exists in QuickBooks Online

Issue with Stripe - Quickbooks Zap. I am getting the “Duplicate Name exists error”. There have been other threads on this, with the most recent that I have been able to find about a month ago. The last comment in the post is a moderator stating that the bug has been fixed. 

Is anyone else still experiencing this issue? How do I view/add to the bug list? New here….

Hi ​@fknsnks 

Try using a Find OBJECT Zap action.

There is a checkbox that can be checked to create OBJECT if not found.

Thus the step becomes find OBJECT else create OBJECT.

That way you will avoid duplicates because an existing OBJECT will be found or a new OBJECT will be created.

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the “CONFIGURE” section of the QuickBooks Online action step that shows all of its fields.
