I have a task that creates three Dropbox folders. However the final step in the task to create folder three produces the error, too_many_write_operations/. Any ideas why this is?

It sounds like too many requests are being made at once and Dropbox is throttling you. You could add a delay step in your zap https://zapier.com/apps/delay/help to slow everything down.

I’ve encounter this issue before and yes a Delay step is needed.
Try using a Delay After Queue or Delay For option.
