Hope you don’t mind but we’ve split your and Troy’s replies here out into a brand new topic as it sounds like the Zap isn’t triggering at all in your case.
I can see that you’ve also reached out to our Support team about this which is perfect! Us folks here in the Community don’t have access to the logs for your Zaps so our troubleshooting capabilities are a bit limited. But, the Support team will be able to dig into the logs for your Zap to better investigate what might be preventing it from triggering. Once they’ve replied to your latest message I’d recommend continuing the conversation with them directly over email.
Please do keep us updated on how you get on with them, keen to ensure this gets sorted. And if there’s anything else we can assist with here in the meantime please do let us know!
