When I test my zap in the zap creation tool, my powerform envelopes work just fine, however when the powerform is actually used to create an envelope in the wild the zap does not appear to trigger. 

Has anyone else had this issue and found a work around? Its so frustrating that everything is set up and tests fine, only to find that the sample data isn’t actually a “triggering” event.

Good question.

The DocuSign Zap trigger is NOT instant, meaning it can take from 1-15 minutes to trigger depending on your Zapier plan.

Check your Zap Runs after some time: https://zapier.com/app/history/

 

Hi @jackstellar! Were you able to check your Zap Runs and see if the Docusign Zap trigger ended up working for you? If not, please reach out to our Support team so they can take a closer peak at your account as there should be information within the Zap Runs, even if there is an error.
