Difference between "User Message" and "Assistant Instructions" in ChatGPT conversation via Zapier

I do not understand the difference between “User Message” and “Assistant Instructions”. I have to include a pdf in my conversation with chatgpt as well. So where do I write my prompt?

Check the field descriptions.

User message is what the end user would be asking the AI.

Assistant Instructions is what you want the AI to do.

 

To use Files, try this Zap action:
