Delay step not triggering at the correct time in Zapier

I have a delay in my Zap that is supposed to wait until 8:30am GMT+2 before sending out an Email.

The delay step claims that it released it at 8:30am GMT+2 but the next step ran at 1:28am GMT+2

I checked the time zones of the Zap and the general settings of Zapier and they are aligned.

What am I missing?
