my date of birth to GHL does not transfer. What format do I need to choose for it to work?

Generally this standard format should work: YYYY-MM-DD
If you still need help post screenshots showing how the Zap step is configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings.
Also, click field labels to see tooltips that may provide guidance.

How is Zap step 3 configured with the field mappings?

Oh my. Step 3 misses an option for Date of Birth field even though this is in FHL. Any Idea why it would be missing

The DOB field may not be available for Leads in GHL or field settings may need to be adjusted in GHL for DOB.
