Dashed lines in Gmail signature sent through Zapier

My gmail signature is selected to not include the two dashes before it but when I use zapier to send an email it adds the two dashes.  How can I get rid of them?  

 

This is my setting in gmail:

 

 

But this is what I get when an email is sent out with zapier:

 

Any suggestions on how to get rid of the dashes?

Hey folks, just stopping by to share that the feature request was implemented! 🎉

Thanks so much for everyone’s patience on this. The two dashes (--) should no longer be included automatically, but if you continue to see them being included please reach out to our Support team for further investigation.

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

I’m afraid the bad news here is that we can't remove those double dashes "--" and still have a signature. We’re always looking for ways to make our integrations more powerful, and it sounds like this could be really useful for others as well, so much so that it’s already one of the top feature requests for this app.

I’ve added your email address as another vote for this addition. I don’t have an ETA of when or if this will happen, but we will definitely email you if it does become a reality.

Hello, this issue is still happening and would love for it to be fixed! Seems like it would be some easy code. Please add us also to your list of people wishing to see the change!
