Customer name not populating in Pipedrive from Shopify Zap

Hey there,

I created a Zap that uses the new paid order trigger from Shopify and when a new order comes in creates a new deal in Pipedrive.

Problem is that when I tested the Zap all data pulled through apart from the customer name.

Please see attached screenshots as you can see I have mapped the fields in Zapier but the name hasn’t been added to the deal in Pipedrive. (blank space next to date)

If someone could help I would be very grateful.

Hi @SteveH 

Good question.

You need to add another step to first find/create the Person.

The Person field is a dropdown field and expects the internal Pipedrive Person ID as indicated by the 123 icon.
