Custom Fields in Interact Quiz not showing up in Zapier

Hello,

 

I edited one of my lead collections on an Interact Quiz site to collect a custom field, but it is not showing up as an option to select as a data field in Zapier. Currently, when a lead comes in from Interact, I send an email to a parser with Name, phone number and email. I’d like to add that custom field’s entry as well, but the option isn’t there to add it to the body of the email that goes out.

 

Any ideas?

Hey @Anthony.Ruperto! In looking into this a bit further, I am seeing the same: custom fields are not appearing when triggering on a new lead. The next best thing to do here would be to contact our support team and request this to be added: https://zapier.com/app/get-help. From there, they can look into what’s possible, communicate the request to Interact, and then add you as an affected user so you’re notified if/when this becomes available to use.
