Creating a Circle event automation from a Tally form submission

I am trying to create an automation that creates a Circle event when a tally form submission is created with the attributes of that event. -- after approving the event on clickup.

You would need 2 Zaps.

Zap 1: Tally > ClickUp

Zap 2: ClickUp > Circle
