i am trying to create a new task with deal details from hubspot closed won deals.
It is working but for any deal created as quotes or any stage.
I cant get it to work for just closed won deals only, im on the free zapier tier if that helps

Make the trigger “Updated Deal Stage”.
Then define your pipeline and whatever deal stage is “closed won” for you.
Thanks but the issue here is its not instant zap as the trigger takes place. 15 min delay as on free tier,

Ok, then you could use “updated deal property” trigger, but you’d have to use a filter and I can’t remember if those are supported on the free plan or not.
But those are basically your only two options.
