Hello

I have created a zap with 2 paths :

  • if the deal in “helloasso” is from an Individual, then Update or create contact, create a deal, and link bth of them. It works perfectly.
  • if the deal in “helloasso” is from a company, thenn Find the company or create it, then Update or create contact, create a deal. Last but not least, I’d like to associate the deal with the contact and the company. But none of them works. I really don’t understand why.

Would you have any idea ? Here’s some screenshots:

Then, the associations ( I created 2 different associations, because I didn’t find how to create both association on the same action. 

1- contact to deal :

 2 - Company to deal : 

on this one : I selected “4. Zap data was found” because it is not possible to select Company ID. Maybe because the 1st action is “Find Company” (I couldn’t find the action “Update or Create Company” as it exists for Contact) ?

For Zap step 9, you need to map the ID from Zap step 4.

Just came across this and wanted to check in here to ask how you got on with Troy’s suggestion here? Did using the ID for the company that’s found by step 4 of the Zap get things fully working or have you run into any further issues?

hello Sam, Thanks for your message. Sorry, my  trial period was off, so I had not acces to my topics any more. I’m back !

So, to answer you : I don’t know ! :-)  Because, I’ve just reactivated it with the changes he suggested me. But, If i remember, that’s what I did before and it didn’t work. So, let’s see if it works now : I am waiting for a new subscription ! and I’ll keep you posted.
