Country Error in Find Contact in Mexico in Alegra Troubleshoot


When trying to use the "Find Contact in Mexico in Alegra" feature, I receive the following error:

"Country is invalid.

It is worth mentioning that this functionality worked previously with the same data in the address_country field.

Perhaps try using this country abbreviation value: MEX

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.
