I’m trying to add Payhip membership subscribers to a list in GetResponse. I’m assigning them Day 0 so that my autoresponder emails can start going out.

However, the names are sitting in GetResponse and are idling there outside of any list at all. And of course, this means they weren’t assigned a cycle Day and the Day 0 email never went out.

I feel as though every example I’ve seen of zaps and the field mapping look different. Any assistance anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Here are screenshots of my trigger from Payhip and then the Action in GetResponse.

Hi @ReneeP

Looks like you may have a dummy static value set for the Email field.

@Troy Tessalone When I select a previous subscriber that I tested using a real email address a message comes up saying contact already in queue.

Hi @Troy Tessalone Thanks for what you said. I realised I needed to use a real email address. I had deleted one of mine that I tested from earlier and what you said clicked. I went back in, used that deleted one and it worked. I tested with 2 different email addresses through my main landing page link and through an affiliate link. Both addresses were added to the correct list, Cycle day 0 correctly assigned and the relevant email went out. I appreciate your response ☺️

Wow! Thank you for confirming that Troy’s resolution got the Zap running. This will significantly help our Community members to have as a reference for the same issue.
