I’m trying to connect my volusions store i get this.

We hit an error adding your new account

authentication failed: The app returned "invalid_grant".

  1. Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup
  2. Double check your Account has the correct permissions

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

At this time the Volusion integration on Zapier only supports v2 of the Volusion API. You can find out whether you're on v1 or v2 of their API as follows: 

  • v1 The URL to the admin dashboard will be {store_url}/admin/dashboard.asp.
  • v2 The URL to the admin dashboard will be https://admin.volusion.com/.

Can you confirm which URL your admin dashboard matches?

I'm on V2 I've tried both my log-ins and nothing. Still the same issue 

Ive tried both, user names and passwords. when i did the admin.voluisons will not work

To confirm, could you please send a screenshot of your Admin dashboard URL? I’m not seeing any reports regarding the “invalid_grant” error in your Volusion notes.

V2 is not available from Voluison no more

Thanks for the screenshot @Lewt! I really appreciate it.

It looks like you’re using the V1 version of the Volusion API which is not supported by Zapier.

I’d recommend reaching out to Volusion support and checking if your account can use the V2 of the Volusion API.
