Connecting to Lead Ads but when I try, I can’t input Zapier

I am trying to connect to lead ads, but when I try I can’t input zapier. Where do I add zapier? This is what I see - how do I add this zapier?

Hi there @AdamZap - it seems  that you are working through this with our friends in Support, but in case anyone comes across a similar issue moving forward I wanted to select their first answer here (I know you’re still chatting with them about access and getting it set up, so let us know if you run into anything else!). 

1 - Login to the Facebook Business Manager
 
2 - Go to the Lead Access settings
 
https://business.facebook.com/settings/leads-accesses/
 
3 - Make sure they are on the correct page
 
4 - Once they are on the correct page under Lead Access Settings - click on the CRMs tab
 
5 - Attempt to Assign CRM's from the link on the right (not the one on the top).
