I’m trying to connect Facebook Leads to Salesforce as Leads and when I build the zap and hit test it says it’s sending the lead but nothing actually makes it into my Salesforce org. Are tests supposed to actually submit? Or will I have to wait until the zap is published and live to have things submit?

For us to have more info, post these screenshots:
- how your Zap steps are outlined
- how your Zap steps are configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible
Zap steps are:
- Facebook Lead Ads (New Lead)
- Formatter by Zapier (Splits First and Last Name)
- Salesforce (Create Lead)
I think I have the screenshots you need below:

Screenshots do not show how the Zap steps are configured in the CONFIGURE tab while in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.
NOTE: Make sure to test Zap step 1.

When you test the Salesforce step it will return the Salesforce Lead Record ID, which you can use to check in Salesforce to make sure you are reviewing the correct record.
Zaps work while turned ON for new data going forward, so new FB Lead Ad submissions.
