I have a cognito form for people booking on courses which has a repeating section for the learners & a table within this for the courses that they are being booked on.

I have set up a zap on the free plan which creates rows in a spreadsheet for these entries but they do not come through correctly and the learners & the courses that they are booked on do not align. The screen shot below shows which courses should be aligned to which learners.

What I would want to happen is that the learner details which are currently on row 3 (highlighted in blue) actuall come through into row 5 to align with the first course for that learner as per the below image.

Is this possible?

Thanks in advance

Hi @BigMal70

Help us have more info by posting screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

Hi there, @BigMal70 👋

It’s been a while since you posted—were you able to get this figured out?

If so, we’d love to hear what worked for you! Sharing your solution could be super helpful for others facing a similar issue. 🙏

And if you’re still stuck, feel free to share some additional screenshots, as Troy requested, and we’ll go from there. Just make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing - you can use a tool like Zappy for that.

Looking forward to hearing from you! 🙂
