Im trying to create a zap that allows a chat GPT assistant that i create to talk to my facebook leads.
All the steps are working fine however…. the only issue im having is that the assistant is failing to retrieve the file that is uploaded… I have tested everything imho. It even shows that the file is retrieved just above the full response.
as can be seen by the tool and file name being present….
This is the only step thatneeds to be solved so that the bot is fully functional.

+14For Step 3, the File field expects a file object or a file url, instead of a File ID.
Can you post a screenshot of the matching file that’s been uploaded in the OpenAI files?

I don’t see a variable from Step 3 used in any following action steps, so not sure that step is needed.
