Has anyone had issues with ChatGPT authentication dropping for their chatbot? When I built my chatbot I connected to my OpenAI account. I did weeks of testing and determined that 4o performed the best. I made the chatbot live. For the past couple of months, it seems like it would disconnect from the OpenAI account and users would get an error. I tried reconnecting and it would appear to work, then go down again within a few hours. I added new authentications and tried those, but didn’t have any luck. The default still works, but it is frustrating that I cannot figure out why this is happening.

Looks like ChatGPT was having some issues with authentication yesterday but the issues were since resolved: https://status.openai.com/history
Not sure whether the other past incidents on OpenAI’s end coincided with the other times your ChatGPT account was disconnected but it could have had something to do with it. 🤔
Is it still disconnecting within a few hours or is the connection persisting now?
