I’ve just checked in my own account and it’s showing the right number there, so I expect that it’s likely a caching issue 🤔
Can you try clearing the cache in your web browser and refresh the page? Or try viewing that list of chatbots from within a completely different web browser and let us know if it shows the correct number of chatbots then?
Is your Zapier account on a Team or Enterprise plan by any chance? Asking as I found this note on trials of a Chatbots plan here: It would be the same even if you’re not on a trial of Chatbots. So if you are on a Team or Enterprise plan and other members have also created chatbots then, as the limit is shared between all team members, their chatbots would also count towards the limit.
Do you think that could be the case here? If not it might be worth reaching out to our Chatbots team to get this investigated further in case it’s a bug.
