We deployed a Zapier chatbot within our platform to answer questions.  We have it set to “Automatically open Chatbot pop-up when page loads (non-mobile only).”  For most users this works fine, it opens on the sidebar on the right.  For some users, it opens and covers the whole screen and it is really hard for users to see the “X” to close it.  They are confused and annoyed by this because they can’t figure it out and it prevents them from doing what they want when they arrive at our platform.  Has anyone else seen this behavior (opening to cover the full screen when it should only open in the side bar).  We have been able to recreate the experience by reducing the screen height to under 640.  However, we also have a colleague getting it on her computer that is not set below that value...so, not sure what the problem is.  Anyone seen this?

Hi there, @joe miller 👋

I did some checking and this is the expected behavior for users on devices that have small screens or that have increased the zoom level in their browser window, causing the Chatbot to switch to fullscreen mode.

This is in place to better support users on small-screen devices, typically mobile. When the available screen size falls below 500 pixels, the Chatbot automatically switches to fullscreen. If your colleague tries zooming out in their web browser that should return the Chatbot to pop-up mode. Can you ask them to give that a try and let me know whether that does the trick?
