Chatbot on mobile shows “Unable to load Chatbot” error

Anyone else having an issue with the Chatbot not loading on a mobile? https://s10dental.co.uk/test/ It works on the desktop version?

Hey there ​@mamberton 👋

That screenshot appears to have been taken using a mobile emulator rather than an actual mobile device. If you try viewing it on a mobile, does it load correctly or does it still show that “Unable to load Chatbot” error?

Keep us posted on how you get on, want to make sure this gets sorted!
