I am creating a Zap for my Chatbot so that when my customer clicks Where’s My Package? it will prompt a response asking for the customer to enter information and then query ShipStation for a response. The issue that I am having is that when I am setting up step 1, the Chatbot appears but the buttons do not.

The buttons are appearing in the interface. The issue is when I am creating a Zap to connect The Chatbot to something else, the buttons do not appear.
