A very simple zap to send out e-mail on a google form submission. I can save and exit the zap, test and review it which I did and now I only get the option to retest and review. I can not publish it.
I checked another post from 3 months ago and tried turning the zap on and off - deleting the draft and all that but nothing seems to work.

I’m sorry that you’re having trouble publishing your Zap. Have you taken a look at this article?
It has information on different reasons why you might not be able to publish your Zap.
