I have a paid Zapier account for which I lost the password, and the password reset email is not being sent. I am having the exact same problem as this poster: 

 

Like Pfm23, I have registered as a free account in order to post here. I already tried whitelisting the addresses that SamB suggested in the thread above, and am still not receiving the email to reset my password. I have checked my junkmail folder.
